Digital Products – No Physical Returns
All products sold on Smart Budget Press are digital downloads. This means:
- No physical items are shipped
- No returns or exchanges are possible once the product has been delivered
Once a purchase is completed, you will receive instant access to download the digital files.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products and instant access, all sales are final, and refunds are not automatically provided.
However, we value fairness and customer satisfaction. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:
- You were charged multiple times for the same product
- You received the wrong file due to a technical error on our side
- The file is corrupted or inaccessible and we are unable to provide a replacement
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after download
- Failure to read the product description before purchase
- Incompatibility with your device or software
- Printing issues related to printer settings or paper choice
- Lack of usage or results from the product
